Bronzeoak Philippines Inc. is a joint venture between Bronzeoak Group and Zabaleta & Co. It is recognised as the leading bioenergy developer in the Philippines.

Bronzeoak Clean Energy Inc. is an investment company established to provide majority equity in the portfolio projects developed by Bronzeoak Philippines. It is owned by Philippine Clean Energy, a subsidiary of US based FE clean Energy Group Inc's fund, Global Asia Clean Energy,  M.A Jimenez Enterprise (Majent) and Bronzeoak Philippines.

San Carlos Bioenergy

San Carlos Bioenergy is the first of a portfolio of projects which will produce bioethanol for domestic Philippine consumption.

Bronzeoak Indonesia

Bronzeoak Indonesia has been established in Jakarta to manage Bronzeoak's development interests in Indonesia, which support the National Energy Policy and the objectives of the National Biofuel Development Team. The development programme comprises of a number of world scale ethanol production facilities in Eastern Indonesia and bioenergy projects throughout the country. These facilities are being established to serve the domestic and regional market as well as the export markets of North East Asia.
