Bronzeoak Group History
Bronzeoak was founded by Graham Stowell in 1981 as an engineering company. From 1992, it evolved into a development company concentrating on the bioenergy and special waste sectors. Bronzeoak has been active internationally, especially in South East Asia since 1995, becoming a recognised leading developer in the bioenergy and special waste sectors.
In 1998 Bronzeoak developed the largest dedicated animal carcass incinerator in the UK, owning and operating the facility for 7 years before successfully decomissioning it in 2007.
Bronzeoak started work on bioethanol development in the Philippines in 2004. It successfully developed and is now operating the first standalone fuel-grade bioethanol distillery fed by sugarcane juice in SE Asia.
